What with Greenwood's miss, the offside goal, Rogers hitting the post and Jones fluffing his one on one I was convinced a 'typical Boro' moment was on the cards.

That picture is excellent, you look at the spectators in the background and you can see many hands on heads, people doubled up in disbelief and few people with arms outstretched in anger, it was such a bad miss..

I know it was a 6 pointer relegation battle near the end of the season - we thought that was the end.

I think it was 1984/5 when we went to Shrewsbury and won on the last day to stay up.

The photo almost looks staged now.

Not seen it on the TV but thought the keeper did well getting across the goal quickly and maybe putting Greenwood off. Still no excuse for not hitting the target.
