Guten morgen - Fußball ist zurück

I've gone for Hoffenheim, small club, been around for ages, won very little but flirted with being very good once, not really supported by many outside of their catchment area....... sounds perfect to me (and they were my team of choice on Fifa a few years ago when I used to play it).

Doesnt help that Dortmund Match is so one sided. They should play taped fan noise down the pa system and get the local schoolkids to start making stuffed mannequins like guy fawkes dolls and prop them in the seats. Every now and then blow some coloured smoke into the air.

Big win for B/Dortmund - :)

Poor standard for the league if you consider Schalke were 7th and looked like an ordinary Championship side.

"It may be live football, its was missing something, just can't put my finger on it. "

I agree just doesn't seem to have the speed and intensity of normal football. Hopefully will get better once the ring rust has gone. Not an expert on the bundersliga but it does seem to lack the quality of the premier league and probably la liga, only watch 3 games so far but quality wise it does look about championship level maybe different when Bayern play.

I can cope without the crowds. It's weird but once you get into the game BHC matches just look the same as normal. I will agree things seemed to start slowly today. Maybe lack of chance to train combined with no match fitness? it's not like they will have gone through a full pre season routine

I only have normal telly so I won't be watching any of them, and possibly wouldn't even if I could. Is this a list of the games that are available to watch in the UK? If it is then it's a shame that they've chosen one of the 'big' clubs in the second division. Arminia Bielefeld have been the team of the season so far and had great momentum before the break and it will be interesting to see how it has affected them.
Bielefeld conceded a late equaliser. However, Hamburg only drew and Stuttgart lost to a very late goal at relegation-threatened Wiesbaden, so Bielefeld's position is slightly strengthened.

For some vague reason we ended up watching Munster after a particularly hard end-of-week;)Munster.png
I more recently enjoyed the Battle of Trent Bridge where we allowed our European cousins to beat the Army Boys in Red.

I watched the Augsburg schalke game... interesting to see away sides doing so well (not a surprise All things considered).

Schalke 04 were poor against Borussia Dortmund last week so I went for Augsburg.

Fortuna Dusseldorf have a chance at FC Koln - so have backed them a little @ 4.60.
