Hobbies ?

I envy your guitar hobby 👍

I do a lot of metal detecting, and I collect signed aftal coa memorabilia .
love gardening, not flowers, trees,landscaping,statues etc....
 
Woodturning - been doing for over three years now and love it.

I need to create my own website and start selling some of the things I make. I am not trying to make a fortune, but pay for more wood. The wife goes mad when I started raiding the log store.
 
Queer tale about golf, many years ago at prisick (sp) chip and putt , I hit the ball with a 7 iron . 2 blokes walked over and 1 said “in 40 years I’ve never seen a ball hit so far “ 😂

You really do not want to know what I got up to there in my youth. Way before I played golf.
 
Must admit I’ve also lost my mojo at the moment .
lets just hope once the full country has this vaccine we can gently get back to some sort of normality.
even detecting for me, where my lands are only yards away , I just can’t be bothered

whats the most valuable thing you have ever found Terry?
 
Hill walking and wild camping. Currently try to climb all the Munros and Wainwrights.

When lockdown ends I want to do a few winter mountaineering courses.

Aside from that I hope to grown my own veg and learn the piano.
 
God I’d so love to be able to play any musical instrument.

laughing, it was bent quite badly by the plough, lad in Leeds straightened it for £30
but Near pure gold shines like it did when first made
