He was absolutely class today
What a talent
He reminds me a bit of Terry cochrane socks down etc mazy trickster.
Looked dangerous all the time
Man of the match easy
Hes wasted at Sunderland really he deserves better...much better.
But then a dog shi& would deserve better than those scummy cun%s

No 1 hated team gutted we let them in but 4 out of 6 points this season is a great return

That's not true. Did a lot in the first half, brought out 2 good saves from Glover and put one on an absolute plate for Ba.
Was the best player on the pitch for me.
 
For me he is good on counter when got ball can beat his man with his tricks and pace but beyond that don’t offer much. Yes can be a match winner but don’t work hard enough out of possession and goes missing.

Had a few good moments in first half , but cheats and can’t help out when backs against wall.

As mentioned had gods 10/15 when fross went off as silvera is a boy out of his depth and at stadium 🏟️ of 💩 when backs against wall he disappeared.

Think he is not good enough to be carried by a low to mid end premiership team for his work going forward, at loss is defensive stability and To much of a luxury when up against it. And not good enough to be in the team for one of the top boys. So stuck where he is.

Value to scumderland exceeds values to a premiership team.

For me Jones is much better option. Better balance between two, if he can improve crossing/finishing then he has a much bigger role to play in any side than Clarke will..

As much as I love Jones, Clarke's 13 goals and 5 assists this season in the Championship are much better than anything Jones has achieved.
So far!
 
Clarke is their only stand-out player.
Of their three “forwards” they have scored two league goals between them in total this season!
Jones, on the other hand, adds more to the team than statistics.
His presence is a threat, and he pulls defenders and midfielders all over the place.
Without Clarke, Sunlun are sunk.
Not so with Jones.
 
He’s not premier league level - Newcastle nullified him easily and they aren’t the best defensively themselves

I think a few PL clubs will be reluctant to spend big on him because he's been tried and failed in the PL already, plus he's had loans that followed a similar pattern, before Sunderland took him.

Plus I think the defensive side of his game is lacking.

But he older, stronger and more mature now I guess.

I just don't thinks he's that good. Watching the highlights I see he did a few good things in the first half too. But just not enough to make anyone buy him - unlike Rogers which must say something. Noone things he's worth the money.

Jones has been great this season but Clarke is levels above Jones.
