They’ve still not opened the other blocks.
As usual those with the most points get the worst seats

No!The Fans Forum have been invited to attend a meeting with Beds police and am concerned about Unreserved seating in a sell out - as I reported a couple of weeks ago - Unreserved seating means the capacity is reduced by 10%. It is pretty hard to sit with your friends when you cannot find any seats in a sold out, crammed full away end as many found out last year on a night match at Kenilworth Road.
Do we want a further reduced capacity that Unreserved Seating brings?
That's strange. I do think something weird has happened with the tickets for this one.Block CL4 released, but middle section all greyed out?
It can be annoying, but we always wait. We did for Sheff Utd away to make sure we were behind the goal.As usual those with the most points get the worst seats
8 full rows unavailable, that's a lot of seats. That's strange. I do think something weird has happened with the tickets for this one.
It’ll be reserved for your fellow prawn sarnie munchersThat's strange. I do think something weird has happened with the tickets for this one.
This is definitely a problem that needs looking at by MFC.This could be the first game I miss out on (on a game we want to attend), I have over 200 points, but my son only has just over 190 (not sure how many, because there is no way to check). To put this into perspective my son has managed to get 50+ points extra over the last 2 seasons, but that might not be enough. 4 home cup games, the rest gained from away games.
He is only 10, and has had a season ticket for 5 years but that counts for nothing, he starts with 10 points less than me. I've had my ST for over 25 years but not a gold card holder, so that starts me off 10 points less than some.
I will only go with my son, so we could miss out on this game starting effectively 20 points less than gold card holders. Missing out on this game would prevent us from gaining more points.
Its almost age discrimination that will create a closed shop as you cannot get points if you don't get tickets.
Perhaps the number of starting points should be a percentage of age vs length of time as a continous season ticket holder? This would prevent the younger fans from being discriminated against.
I think my son and I might struggle to get tickets if/when we get promoted.
If you or him log into his account you can see his points total. If he's not registered just create one for him with a different email than yours. I was even on a waiting list for a season ticket, only got one when the corners were filled in.This is definitely a problem that needs looking at by MFC.
The fact it's a closed shop being Gold Card Holders and Chairman Drink holders, is a joke.
Riverside is 27 years old - so anyone under the age of 27 will never ever start on 160 points. That's just simply ridiculous IMO. It's just not fair on those under 27 years old.
25 consecutive years as a season ticket holder and you're still not qualified as a 'gold card holder' isn't right.
Hopefully MFC sort this out for next season.
I'm sure we created an account when he first got the season ticket, but that was years ago and I have no clue about what the e-mail address was/is. I'm sure if I rang the ticket office I could work it out.If you or him log into his account you can see his points total. Don't give up, it's looking like the hudds tickets will reach the 190-200 band. This could be the first game I miss out on (on a game we want to attend), I have over 200 points, but my son only has just over 190 (not sure how many, because there is no way to check). Yes there's definitely some optimising required, although it's difficult. From a selfish point of view I struggle with the concept that after 30 consecutive years as a season ticket holder I'm suddenly way down the pecking order in a loyalty system (young kids etc so not going to away games)This is definitely a problem that needs looking at by MFC.

Definitely. No loyalty scheme will benefit everyone, but with a few tweaks here and there (the closed shop with GC holders and Chairman drink holders) then I think this scheme is about as 'fair' as possible. It's a difficult balance. Long term loyalty vs short term vs age.
anyone who was a season ticket holder during the Strachan years deserves a gold season ticket just purely on that basis! This is definitely a problem that needs looking at by MFC.
