Who plays instead of O'Brien?

Although I'm no huge fan, Greenwood offers a lot more wide in the three than Silvera does too.

Whilst I agree with this the worry is that if we continue to slide down the league, is the squad able to fight and have the ability to stay up, we are 9 points above 3rd bottom!

We feels insane to be writing at this moment in time!

Fullbacks on the pitch today are no better than our contracted ones.

I don't see it with O'Brien, he's definitely not the athletic centre mid we need to protect the defence.

Its a good idea with a fit squad but if we were to do that and get tanked every game then confidence would be smashed. But then again, why not?.

We don't need young'uns we need someone to steer the ship and stand up and be counted. Something that needs addressing in the summer

Where's the leadership on the pitch? Where's the next Nigel Pearson, Paul Ince, Barry Robson, Grant Leadbitter ....

Howson needs replacing, we need someone more vocal, someone who will gee up the team, yet not be afraid to rustle a few feathers at the same time when needed. Glover just shrugged his shoulders and flapped his hands after both goals went in today

Whilst im at it we rely far too much on Jones and his pace and ability to go past players. Exactly the same thing happened when he fell out of the 1st team picture last time due to a drop in form/personal issues
