I think we’ll win tonight.

Well we should win, we are just above evens to win, 2.22. If we are to be anything other than relegation candidates, we really should win this one.

It would be nice to see Lathe get a brace to settle his nerves a bit and a clean sheet wouldn't go amiss.

It would be nice to see LL just take less touches.

Must be a mental thing, over thinking ... making sure he is steady etc, instead of just getting his foot through it instinctively

A draw at best. Not confident with our defending and finishing plus team constantly changing. No cohesion at all

Shades of Wigan away last season - showing glimmers off something but just not quite clicking, and then a 1-4 away win saw us start to turn the corner (something about a new manager in there probably helped too :D)

There will be a big atmosphere at hillsboro tonight motivating the home team and they will be thinking about getting in our faces.
With that in mind I can’t see why people are confident we’ll get a positive result

I’m praying for a good result but expecting the beginning of the end for Carrick because I don’t see any structure or plan in terms of stopping teams whilst trying to impose our game.
It works both ways. Good teams must be able to do defending and be ready and good at attacking.
We have mild versions of both unfortunately.

We are going to have to score at least 2 to win because our defence can't keep a clean sheet UTB.

I think it will be 2-2 at best. I think they will see us as a kick start to their season too.
Think it could be an entertaining game, just play like we did 2nd half against Blackburn we will score 2 goals out of 100 shots surely😜

I actually think we will win tonight. I don't think it will be a major turning point or anything but hopefully a few goals should give a little confidence.

I haven't seen anything to suggest why we should be confident this evening. Can't keep a clean sheet and miss gilt edged chances. Hopefully they are worse than us!

Not many seemed to agree, but I thought the last 35 minutes on Saturday was the best we've played all season. Low bar, yes, but encouraging all the same.

If we start like that, instead of waiting 'til we're 2-0 down, I've no doubt we could get 2 or 3 goals and the points, setting us up for a big game on Saturday.

We have to

Sheff Wed look dreadful on and off the pitch. These needs to be the game that kick starts some improvement!!!
