Ball tracking isn’t accurate enough that’s why we’ve got umpire’s call and in my view the on field umpire makes a poor decision.

I really don’t get the hype around Livingstone. He can hit a big ball but he invariably produces nothing when the chips are down.

If the umpire had given it not out would that be the correct decision. Far too much doubt for the umpire to given out. Taking nothing away for Afghanistan they are out play England at this point.
