If you needed another reason not to visit Paris.

It's a result of the extremely warm summer(s) in the same way there's been a flea infestation in the north-east of England.

Looks like somebody had a good time in Paris.

It is to some but not to others. We all have different tastes in life, including the environments we want to spend time in. We see the adverts and read reviews which tempt us to try them, for some they're not what's been written about.

I really liked Paris.. much more chilled out than London.. people were really friendly, the food was top notch, the catacombs.. ffs.. NOPE.. pure nightmare fuel

Very cool, cool people.. I found the Eiffel Tower to be.. too big.. not for me I'm afraid. Not as good as Blackpool tower and not a patch on the transporter.

The Arc de Triomphe.. BRILLIANT very impressed. River Cruise.. yes please.. Snails.. slippery little suckers arnthey

Going over in a couple of weeks for the Rugby semis :(. One of my daughters had lived there for a few years until recently and says it's been a well known issue for years. Surprised it hasn't reached London given the volume of people moving backwards and forwards
 
Love Paris. Will be going to the Olympics next year ( have tickets for a number of events) and really looking forward to it
 
I've travelled all over France and I'm ashamed to say I've never been to Paris. I was supposed to go for my honeymoon but it got cancelled last minute due to students rioting in 1986.

It is funny when French people talk about Parisians they tend to be scornful of them in a similar fashion we are about Londoners. I just think it is a capital thing and must happen right around the world.

I'm there next month. Surely if you just spray your bed in deodorant or something before you get in you'll be alright? Then wash all your clothes as soon as you get home.

London’s brilliant.

Paris is a shitehole, or at least it has been the times I’ve been. But I think Manchester’s a dive too.
