Big lump, only watched against us last season and he did cause us problems, but I'm not sure he's got the quality to justify up to £1m transfer fee.

To be honest though, I'll just be glad to see a forward who puts a shift in and puts himself about.

I would assume Britt is technically a better footballer, but like you say, this lad may be limited but as long as he puts a shift in and tries I’m sure people will get behind him; unlike the big buffoon who just used to grin every time he missed a sitter !!

Can't believe we're spending nearly £1m on a striker who scored 5 goals in 2 years in Scotland.

I'm usually positive about signings but can't get my head around this.

Of it's any consolation, Pukki only managed 7 up there.

I'm done signing strikers on past stats; if NW thinks he can get more out of this guy than anyone has before, I'm happy to give him a good.

Prepared to give him a chance but his track record doesn't fill me with much confidence.

He may end up being effective as a focal point but we're still going to need him to score goals and he only managed 6 last season for Wycombe.

1 In 5 for the side who came third bottom of the league last season. You'd hope he'd at least double that for a side who you'd expect to be pushing for the play offs.

PMA.

I can only presume we are signing him based on his 2 performances against us. He was a handful and looked decent.

That said his record is pretty woeful and it's not like he's young.

I guess 750k is small change compered to what we've sp*nked in the past on forwards. I guess he will offer something 'different' and comes it and 5mil cheaper and probably a 3rd of the wage of Rudy 😂
