Abel Tasman Well-known member Dec 27, 2021 #3 Happy Boxing Day. Actually I think officially yesterday was Boxing Day and today is just a bank holiday. Back in 1971 the Sunday shopping laws prevented the 26th being called Boxing Day as BOXING day is known as a shopping day.
