MarskeAs a matter of interest where does Wilder go from here? What stature of club picks him up now?

Could be, 4.5 angry men. Must admit I have no idea of the egos involved but wouldn't fancy trying to change Wilder or Gibson's mindOr it could be the case that only unanimous decisions are taken.
They can try and influence and change minds but all votes carry equal weight.
Like '12 Angry Men' but with only 4 or 5 of them.
I'd quite like Wilder to get another job, exit the NDA and hear his version of events.
I didn't say they did, but it becomes more likely, significantly more likely that he can talk if he is employed elsewhere and no longer financially tied.NDA's dont have to be tied to him getting another job (even if he has an NDA in the first place). I love the way people assume that as soon as he has another job he'll be outlining exactly what happened in detail.
It'll take years to come out, if it ever does.
I agree as I say it will be in books etc but even then we’ll never know the reality.NDA's dont have to be tied to him getting another job (even if he has an NDA in the first place). I love the way people assume that as soon as he has another job he'll be outlining exactly what happened in detail.

Scott signed Wilder. If he wanted a manager that would do what he was told, work with the signings he was given and develop players then he didn't do his homework before bringing Wilder in.I think some fans are expecting too much too soon from Scott. As he alluded to yesterday not everyone was pulling in the same direction, which undermines the whole concept of what the club is trying to do. The hierarchy all seem to agree that the structure of the foundations are now in place. The building starts now.
He wanted to quadruple his wages overnight for a prem club..I'd quite like Wilder to get another job, exit the NDA and hear his version of events.
And of course, you know all of this.He wanted to quadruple his wages overnight for a prem club..
He wanted Dwight Gayle and David McGoldrick..
He wanted to sell Dael Fry..
what do you want him to say? he's already said enough for my liking. And of course, you know all of this.
What is the problem with being interested in Wilder's view, rather than just yours?
I would like him to give his version of events. It doesn't mean we would have to completely agree, but it would provide the balance.what do you want him to say? he's already said enough for my liking.
Wilder spoke at length about the short medium and long term targets on numerous pressers. We all bought into that. The fact he was sayingj one thing to all of us then doing the opposite shows his character more that Scotts ability to suss him out.Scott signed Wilder. If he wanted a manager that would do what he was told, work with the signings he was given and develop players then he didn't do his homework before bringing Wilder in.
An NDA will still be effective even if he gets another job if compensation has been paid. If he broke the NDA he could be sued for the return of the compo.I didn't say they did, but it becomes more likely, significantly more likely that he can talk if he is employed elsewhere and no longer financially tied.
I'd like to hear his view.
SEND HIM TO THE TOWER!!!!!!I would like him to give his version of events. It doesn't mean we would have to completely agree, but it would provide the balance.
I was pleased to see the Press Conference and encouraged by just how well Carrick spoke and came across.
I also thought Bausor was more impressive than ever before.
That doesn't stop me wanting to hear Wilder's story.
From a guy who wouldn't even utter the name of the manager before him.. I can't see him piping up about how hard done to he was about the boro backing him with over £10m of players. An NDA will still be effective even if he gets another job if compensation has been paid. If he broke the NDA he could be sued for the return of the compo.
Not necessarily. The NDA and compensation in a Confidentiality Agreement can be tied to the same time period. I know because mine was.An NDA will still be effective even if he gets another job if compensation has been paid. If he broke the NDA he could be sued for the return of the compo.
Yes that's true. I think I paid more attention to him gaining new employment than your comment about being financially tied which I understand now.Not necessarily. The NDA and compensation in a Confidentiality Agreement can be tied to the same time period. I know because mine was.
Wilder would have been daft to sign the constraining NDA you imply, at least without it applying both ways.
Scott was busting a gut, yet still did not mention Wilder.
