Kieron Scott

I think some fans are expecting too much too soon from Scott. As he alluded to yesterday not everyone was pulling in the same direction, which undermines the whole concept of what the club is trying to do. The hierarchy all seem to agree that the structure of the foundations are now in place. The building starts now.

Or it could be the case that only unanimous decisions are taken.
They can try and influence and change minds but all votes carry equal weight.
Like '12 Angry Men' but with only 4 or 5 of them.
Could be, 4.5 angry men. Must admit I have no idea of the egos involved but wouldn't fancy trying to change Wilder or Gibson's mind :D

NDA's dont have to be tied to him getting another job (even if he has an NDA in the first place). I love the way people assume that as soon as he has another job he'll be outlining exactly what happened in detail.

It'll take years to come out, if it ever does.
I didn't say they did, but it becomes more likely, significantly more likely that he can talk if he is employed elsewhere and no longer financially tied.
I'd like to hear his view.

I agree as I say it will be in books etc but even then we’ll never know the reality.

Wilder wouldn’t benefit by prolonging it either as no doubt the real story would still prob cast him in a poor light.

Scott signed Wilder. If he wanted a manager that would do what he was told, work with the signings he was given and develop players then he didn't do his homework before bringing Wilder in.

Maybe Wilder is just taking time out to nurse his bruised ego rather than getting involved in mudslinging, which let's face it, he can only lose from if he is trying to get back into work. No prospective employer will be too keen if he is involved in a slanging match with his previous one. Whatever went on is irrelevant compared to the shocking results he was picking up anyway.

He wanted to quadruple his wages overnight for a prem club..
He wanted Dwight Gayle and David McGoldrick..
He wanted to sell Dael Fry..
And of course, you know all of this.
What is the problem with being interested in Wilder's view, rather than just yours?

what do you want him to say? he's already said enough for my liking.
I would like him to give his version of events. It doesn't mean we would have to completely agree, but it would provide the balance.
I was pleased to see the Press Conference and encouraged by just how well Carrick spoke and came across.
I also thought Bausor was more impressive than ever before.
That doesn't stop me wanting to hear Wilder's story.

Wilder spoke at length about the short medium and long term targets on numerous pressers. We all bought into that. The fact he was sayingj one thing to all of us then doing the opposite shows his character more that Scotts ability to suss him out.

An NDA will still be effective even if he gets another job if compensation has been paid. If he broke the NDA he could be sued for the return of the compo.

SEND HIM TO THE TOWER!!!!!!

But yeah.. Carrick came over really well. Lots of stops and starts, false dawns and all that Jazz. But it's the first time since Karanka that I've felt like we are going to do all the things that we've spoke of before. I think Bausor gets a lot of unnecessary stick.. he's the commercial guy and we obviously need to keep a lid on things. I don't see the problem with him tbh? Always seems to come across well.

I wasn't too keen on Keiron Scott at first (not him personally btw more the reaction to having him here) the instant worship from the internet fans like he was going to wave a magic wand and he had all the answers. "He wanted this player but Warnock didn't want him" (before he was working for us btw) Keiron Scott's Players vs Chris WIlder's players.. all that jazz. I thought it was great to see him with blood boiling chomping at the bit to set the record straight, clearly cares a lot about what he does, what his role is wants to see success for the club. I liked his toe aswell.. I think I've got the same one!!

From a guy who wouldn't even utter the name of the manager before him.. I can't see him piping up about how hard done to he was about the boro backing him with over £10m of players.

Not necessarily. The NDA and compensation in a Confidentiality Agreement can be tied to the same time period. I know because mine was.
Wilder would have been daft to sign the constraining NDA you imply, at least without it applying both ways.
Scott was busting a gut, yet still did not mention Wilder.

Yes that's true. I think I paid more attention to him gaining new employment than your comment about being financially tied which I understand now.
