Lack of class and respect sadly lacking in this board

For Nosmo, Redka and Expat with your sanctimonious claptrap, showing any respect to someone who was the architect of the decimation of vast areas of the UK says more about yourselves than it does those of us with better memories and more empathy for the victims of everything he did.
Personally, when he gets to the “Pearly Gates” I hope all the “I Daniel Blake’s” of the last forty odd years are there waiting for him.

It’s not claptrap it’s just common decency and moral standards - seems it’s not something you can teach some people on here.

Possibly but the point is people feeling the need to speak ill of the dead and wearing it as some sort of badge of honour in doing so - it’s disgusting, just my opinion.

Why do you say ‘wearing a badge of honour’ - that’s your interpretation.

My hunch is they do it because they are responding to a thread and hold a different opinion

Next year is 30 years since we sadly lost Jeffrey Dahmer, a pillar of his local community providing much needed support to the gay community, and of course his work as renowned avant garde chief would put Heston Blumenthal to shame. Time for us all to come together on the interweb and show our unwavering appreciation to this man.
