I'm a little surprised there is only one Labour candidate standing in Marton West. I therefore have a spare vote with no home! Are you voting in your local elections, if not why?
And if you are, who are you voting for?
Marton West isn't a place Labour are usually successful, and it's hard work standing for election, even just getting the papers right is a pain, it's always tough to get candidates for seats that we don't have much success in.I'm a little surprised there is only one Labour candidate standing in Marton West. Yes, I understand and kudos to you for putting yourself out there. Just seems like a wasted vote to be honest.Marton West isn't a place Labour are usually successful, and it's hard work standing for election, even just getting the papers right is a pain, it's always tough to get candidates for seats that we don't have much success in.
For me as a proud paper candidate and so is my wifeAre you voting in your local elections, if not why?

You’ll be a great councillor. For me as a proud paper candidate and so is my wife
Genuinely bricking it when when I checked electoral calculus and it has the ward going red. Winning is the last thing I want and the wife would kill me.
Got to vote for the councillors who will do the best job for you. If that is Lib Dem, so be it.Labour are non-existent where I am. As are the greens.
I have two excellent local Lib Dem candidates here though.
Anyone* but the Tories or Tories cosplaying as Indies.
She's horribleParents have always voted Tory until now...it's been a massive shock with them being in their 70s and very much stuck in their ways. Think they have been swayed by McClintock (Lib) in the Nunthorpe area. Mieke Smiles can do one...I hope she's well and truly kicked out.
