London Promotion Party Nightclub

You must be a young supporter. Alot to learn about football and the boro. Like your optimism though
I think 89 or 90 was first season ticket, well, I say season ticket, most of the time I got "a squeeze"

Straight in the Holgate, think I was about 8

Can we start deleting threads like this they are an absolute embarrassment to the club and our fanbase.

These are the type of things that get picked up by an opposition and end up pinned on a dressing room wall.

Totally moronic.

So what? It's football supporter nonsense, that's what the forum is all about.

absolute embarrassment.. totally moronic?

the idea that a footballer needs to read an printed out internet message board post to get motivated for a game potentially leading them to the premier league.. well.

Fair enough not posting this when we're a massive outsider to get in the play offs or win them, but I don't see any problem with it when we're locked in, guaranteed at least 4th and we all believe we're better than any other team who is in or could get in the play offs.

We should be expecting a play off final IMO, we're probably the second-best side in the league, and who thinks we won't get to the final when we get the opportunity to play any other team over two legs?

We could quite easily beat most of these contenders away, and then hammer them at home, and then hammer the other finalist.

I suppose this thread is about belief, and if some of you don't have belief (at this moment), then please explain why?

Ok, don't get complacent, but thinking about that shouldn't override how good we know we can be, which is a gear or two ahead of these other teams. Confidence is worth a lot.

Who’s to say it is for this year..

Anyone want me to book a venue? We can publicise it all over social media as well if you want?

Just let me know.

One word...

Experience.
We've not been there enough, especially in recent times, for there to be any meaningful experience to rely on, and no real similar circumstances.

Barring the injuries, this is the most confident we should be going into a play-offs than at any point in the last 25 years or so.

One step at a time please, let's be nice and grounded.
Let's complete the normal season, get some players back from injury and then let's go again.
Small steps
Sound advice. But you do realise this is a forum for fans and not for the players?
If fans can't get excited and a little bit carried away in the current situation then what's the point?

In saying that, I hope to god the OP is joking about booking a venue.

Maybe the EFL can just announce our promotion next Monday? Save everyone the bother of playing the playoffs.

Would be nice to win promotion at the Riverside again.
