Mcgree - does he start tomorrow

From Carrick's Media Conference Transcript today:

How’s Riley McGree?

Riley's good. Feels like a new signing [big smile]. He's had a bit of a stop-start time…showed some good form when he came back from his injury, then he went away, and he's come back[from International duty] looking good. He's trained a bit now with us, and he's back in around us, so he's good. [He'll] be an important player for us coming up.

Riley [McGree] must be desperate to get back [to form].

I think it was a frustrating one with Riley, because of the nature of that injury. I keep telling you, we weren't exactly sure, and it was a bit of take-it-as-it-came and, it ended up being a bit longer than we all hoped. Now, coming into this phase of the season, we can use that as a real positive….that freshness, that energy [and] that enthusiasm that's there from him [will] rub off, and we'll get the benefits of that.

You have to think that first 25 minutes on Saturday would have come as a shock to Carrick. A proper learning and growing experience for him.

Mcgree will start from the off.

Hackney will be further back and aziz will be our no. 10.

I still think forss will be out on the right and I agree with Carrick on this.

Not sure who he partners with hackney, probably howson given he had a midweek break.

It's frustrating not having lath or coburn fit.

We will not play as bad as we did Saturday again this season, surely.

As long as obrien is back on the bench until he truly earns his place by making an impact from said bench

I would be tempted to play O’Brien (or Thomas) left back tonight.

Will be surprised if McGree doesn't start. As above, has to be Mcgree - Azaz - Forss behind Greenwood.

I think it is difficult to judge Obrien from Saturdays game. The whole team were disjointed.

To be fair he hasn't really impressed me so far but he is returning from a layoff.

I agree, largely, Carrick should probably pick from his old guard that he knows, roughly, what he is going to get.

I'd start McGree on the right and Forss up front.
