MFC - An apology

A few weeks ago on another thread I commented that I had been let down by MFC over "something" that was kind of offered to me and...... didn't happen. Not going into any details.

However, Yvonne at Supporter Services contacted me out of the blue and sorted it. Perfectly acceptable explanation as to why it didn't happen when it was supposed to, and I was on a long list (backlog) of people to contact to sort loads of different things.

It easy to criticise but I hold my hands up, apologise, and say well done MFC and thank you👍
