That’s why I’m asking your opinion then the op is just my opinion I’m not professing to be an expert but talking in Irish as you take the first minister seat I think is a bold statement. Not very unifying is it.
Sinn Fein - the only political party across the whole of the Island of Ireland - their leaderships and elected representatives always speak first in Gaelic - not just for cameras or in a parliament - but because that is their first language - it couldnt be more unifying.
the colonisation of Ireland by Westminster is coming to an end - those who voted for a brexit just speeded the process up a little - it didnt start in 1969, try 700 years earlier.
