That is the exact conclusion I came to. I wonder how many companies he's involved in or advising in some capacity start winning orders or are given cheap land to build on?

Finance director for multiple companies mostly dissolved or in liquidation.

All named along the lines of Deep Ocean this, that and the other.

Probably explains a lot about Teesworks shenanigans.

Phew...We dodged a bullet there . Had he been around much longer he would have probably got Teessworks liquidised as well.

Never understand how failed businessmen can land up being responsible for such big public projects.

Houchen himself also falls into this category.
