I thought he looked really good yesterday showed a streak of nastiness that he didn’t have here. Surprised that he went, looked like he was progressing quite well.

Can't say I saw anything impressive, couldn't in his first team appearances here either, but he's still very young.

From what I've read, it was that he refused to sign a new contract unless he was guaranteed proper game time.

Instead of losing him on a free, we sold him.

I genuinely thought he'd be a mainstay here in a few years, but I can't say I'd have him starting over any of our defenders right now.

Deffo needs to toughen up still. If Watmore was bullying him god help him against some of the more physical forwards around in the championship.

What game were you watching, he was god awful. We targeted and attacked his area of the pitch constantly. He never won 1 single challenge against muniz and lost 50/50's against watmore and Giles! I'd have loved for him to come through the ranks and be great but he is weak as pi££ and the ball looks like a timebomb when he has it.

hopefully, but we've been saying that for a couple of years. Remember watching him playing against league 2 Crewe at home in Carabao cup and their journeyman striker had his eyes out.
