Newcastle game

I keep hearing about this amazing atmosphere in SJP created by the best fans in the world. Well there was no such thing in the first half, like a library.

I guess it's the expectations of the fans maybe. Think they just turn up now and beat the likes of Fulham?

The funny thing is that the pundits keep prattling about the great atmosphere, even when you could hear a pin drop in the background. 😃

I remember Robson, whilst England manager, being lambasted in the press for the comment "he is daft as a brush" talking about gazza. We live in a world where every opinion is valid. They ain't but heyho, that's social media for you.
 
Tim Ream, Leno, Decordova-Reed and William all look good. I remember Ream at Bolton years ago. Amazing he's now a premier League stallwart. Same as Alonso at Chelsea. Bolton had a good eye for players back in the day.

Forget the spin and the re writing of history they sacked sir Bobby for finishing fifth.

Never forget only one team built a statue to sir Bobby in his lifetime and it wasn’t Newcastle.
 
Howe deserves massive credit. Longstaff and Willock are championship players imo but he's got them playing in a team challenging for top 4. It's incredible really. Been without their only two half decent players most the season too - ASM and isak.
