Next week's weather looks interesting

It’s more like rain for today’s game but turning mega wintry from Sunday onwards through most of next week
Good job we don’t have a midweek game as it would’ve probably been called off as we are forecast for some snow on Sunday and proper snow on Monday and Tuesday next week ❄️ 🥶
 
Woke up this morning eagerly expecting a covering of the white stuff. It's the first weekend in ages where the missus hasn't been at work so was looking forward to going out as a family and larking about in the snow.

But as is typical with weather reporters who don't get a lot of predictions right it's ******* down with rain instead.

I might open a restaurant in the future with the same sort of premise as weather prediction. You'll order a steak but I'll send out a spag bol instead. 😅

Not due to really start till this evening according to the netweather guys with plenty of snow coming in from the north sea all week. As the current low pressure moves south this afternoon leaving the cold air to flood in and turn any precipitation to snow. Monday and Tuesday look the worst
