NFL Week 14 schedule

Miami didn’t look too clever tonight against one of the worst teams in the NFL, actually I still don’t know how they lost this game after being up by 11 in the 4th with 4 minutes left on the clock . Dan Marino watching from the executive box didn’t look too impressed either.

Miami struggled all night to string together a few first downs as Tennessee inflict Miami’s first home loss of the season. Miami’s Tua was sacked 4 times and generally looked nervous and rushed by the Titans blitzing. Crazy game with Titans committing all the mistakes with fumbles and INTs. But somehow Miami found a way to lose.
I only watched the first half as my insomnia wore off by half time. I'm not quite sure how the fins were 3 down at half time and I fully expected to wake up to find that they had rolled the Titans over in the second half.

With the Cowboys, Ravens and Bills in weeks 16, 17 and 18 I think there will be a nervous camp in Miami. That final week matchup with the Bills could be a cracker.

I was buzzing with the results though as Henry and Hopkins secured my place in the fantasy playoffs.

The Dolphins center got injured last night in the first quarter which left the team with 4 starting O'linemen injured. With that and Tyreek Hill injured for most of the game it's no wonder the offense and Tua looked out of sorts.

The harsh reality in this league is that a few key injuries can end your season. Hopefully the Dolphins can find a way to get a few players back for the run in but the group of players that finished last nights game might not be enough to even make the playoffs, never mind go on a playoff run.

That’s why it’s pretty remarkable that the Browns are 8-5 and have lost (at various stages): starting QB (currently on QB4), one of the top 5 RB’s in the league in Week 2, both starting tackles and their best remaining tackle, starting C, best CB has missed 4 games, top 3 safeties. Never known a season like it for injuries.

Just managed to see the game highlights on YouTube and it looked like it was a game that the Dolphins could and should have won even with all the injuries. Be a shame if the season peters out now.
