Piers Morgan Never Knew About Phone Hacking

So......he admits that he knew it was going on, everyone was doing it.......but denies he was involved and knew nothing about it.....🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I know someone who was involved, personally, left before it all blew up and laid low. He offered me a job last week.

I am acutely aware of how much that sounds like complete bollox but it isn't. He knew and was happy to benefit from it but he did not orchestrate it.

The royals were how they got caught out in the end, someone broke ranks to try and impress, didn't filter it through the right guy and made a hash of it.

If I was you I would stay well clear of such an odious character. Definitely wouldn't work for them.

Surely it isn’t easy to hack phones is it?
Is there an easy way (or some app) that prevents it?
Presumably it is done though some dodgy link someone has naively downloaded to enable it Is it? I am no techy and wouldn’t have a clue how to do it, but I hope the guilty and anyone in a senior position who knew of it see the inside of a cell, never mind just a fine for damages.

So once again absolute protection for the royals but not for other people in society!

PM: “Wow this info is amazing, how did we get it?”
Hack: “You don’t want to know boss”
PM: “fair enough, publish it”

Apologies for the phrasing. The person who knew and was happy to benefit was Morgan as editor. It wasn’t Morgan who this stuff went through though and the guy I know was on the rung lower, used it. Knew it was dodgy, bailed out.

The guy I know… Regardless, I turned down the job.

You’d think so nowadays Col, at the time it was a comically simple technique to read voicemails and text mails left in people’s inboxes.

The witness evidence in the latest case is really compelling and leaves little doubt about whether he was complicit.

His evidence was pretty much labelled as lies by the chair of the Leveson enquiry, the guy is a snake.
