Play Offs predictions.

3. Luton
4. BORO
5. Coventry
6. Millwall

I'll probably change my mind after todays games.
Agree with 3 and 4, 5th and 6th is going to be a very interesting battle. Too close to call imo......and always twists and turns.

Last day going to be very interesting both ends of the table.

Just glad we are not in the mix and have got the playoff place sewn up.

Cov third even though their last game is us at the riverside. ???
Just think with everyone else playing each other they will sneak into 5th. Like I said after today that will change no doubt. There's too many teams who can sneak in.

I get that but wouldn’t they have to get a point at least at the riverside to do it though.

Haven't looked at any of the permeations but what about last game of the season - Coventry need a win at the Riverside for 6th place and if they don't win the mackems could clinch the spot.

94th min, mackems are celebrating a victory, 6th spot is theirs. Coventry drawing with Boro.

Would anyone be booing a 95th winner by their keeper.........

That's the spirit!
LOL. FWIW I think we are now the second best team in the league; but they are fine margins. However, sadly our poor start under Wilder has left us in the (lottery of the) play-offs.

Statistically ANY team that makes the play-offs is more likely to fail than succeed. I just think that if West Brom get in, they'll go the whole way. (They've beaten us and Luton not long since).

West Brom away, Dike bullied us like Raab with a right nark on.

But he's not playing, so that will be a big leveller.

However......out of all of the playoff contender's WBA are the team I hope to avoid.

WBA are still odds on to make the play offs - Swift and Wallace are top quality Championship players. I have been surprised how WBA have struggled especially away from home this season.

Yes I think it's a very possible outcome and then we would have another 2 games against them. They are a team we don't usually do well against in recent memory.

I know it’s almost bred into us as Boro fans but I think it’s time to stop worrying and expecting the worst.

The way we’ve played since Carrick came in will have every other play off team fearing us.

Our home form and the ability to score goals at will at the Riverside means whichever team we play will have to be comfortably ahead after the first leg for us not to be strong favourites to win the second and progress to the final.

There is no one in this league we can’t beat if we are on form.

I agree I still find it incredible that there are still some fans out there that still haven’t been won over by carrick this season.

Sat waiting for the chance to get the dig in.

I have been won over by carrick totally, they aren't even he's players either, I think even if we don't go up this season I'd be fancying us next season automatically if carricks here. That's coming from me the most pessimistic person ever.

Whoever we play in the first leg will know they need at least a 2 goal lead at home to take with them to the Riverside.

That puts a crazy amount of pressure on them.

They know that the goal avalanche is coming for them.
