Popular bands you dislike

Coldplays first two albums were decent but my god they've gone so far up pop musics ass that I don't even recognise it as music anymore. Paltrow seems to have been the catalyst for Chris Martin losing all concept of good music, sniffing her Goop too much, it's clearly toxic.

U2, I maintain the belief that the excellent band U2 (76-86) were abducted by aliens during their Joshua Tree Tour and replaced by automatons, meant to infiltrate our culture and send observations back to the planet Zargon IV. I've seen nothing in the subsequent 25 years to make me feel this view is wrong.

Ed Sheeran
Coldplay
Spandau ballet
Adelle, especially that song shes sings where she warbles about 16 syllables in the word "easy"
Sam Smith and his terrible whining voice.
UB40 specifically Ali Campbell.
Pretty much all R &B especially those female artists who sing with a latino lilt despite coming from places like chigwell essex and those artists who use use autotune like drake.
Phil Collins
Van halen great guitarist, terrible song output as band
Taylor swift

heres what you all said last time

I listen to a lot of Radio 6, and they're regularly banging on about Sleaford Mods. I can't stand 'em. It's just shouting

Thats what they said about the Sex Pistols in 1977.

i went to see Sleaford Mods last week (sold out) and they were brilliant - they had teenagers, adults, men with beards aged 60 and over, skinheads in their 50s, punks/goths/hooligans all ages up dancing about and screaming the place down - it was incredible.

2 men, no instruments on stage, 1 with a mike stand and t'other rave dancing on the spot for 90 minutes inc between tunes, silhouetted against a 70s disco light drop - it was incredible.

first saw them upstairs in a pub, then a small, medium and large club - they get better and make more sense everytime - theyre about everything that bands being listed on this thread are not ✔️

anyway, for the thread - Take That - and anything involving the tory @rselicking, tax avoiding, insincere, cockeyed gary barlow,
