Popular bands you dislike

There are a lot of songs I like from the Beetles and I even like a lot of George Harris stuff he did on his own and with the Traveling Wilbury's. I wouldn't believe anyone saying they don't. Only a fool wouldn't acknowledge the impact they had and are still having on music and what McCartney and Lennon gave the world - but I just didn't like them and that is a personal choice.

Queen later albums. The more popular they got the worse they got.
Genesis post Gabriel
All disco music and what they now call R&B.
Ed F++++++ Sheeran
Reverend and the Makers
Led Zeppelin apart from about 4 songs
Abba apart from about 4 songs
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Metallica
Kasabian................do not get these at all.

That will do for now but there's many more.

exactly, there is a subjective element based on taste, the characters and media around them, then there are the facts around their achievements. I can absolutely agree with someones right not to like them, without affecting those achievements

I will note it and add it to the long list of abuse (posted about 2 months ago by another poster ) he has sent out over the past months.
 
At some point I have probably liked something by every band mentioned.
My dislike is usually for individual songs rather than the entire catalogue of output by a band or artist - I am almost certain most people would find something they like within a discography
