Premier Inn Hub

What is the difference to Premier Inns?
There is almost no storage or floor space. The bathroom footprint can be the exact width of your bed X about 1m. The total floor space is a narrow strip, just wider than the room’s door, running down the side of both.
Only storage is a funny narrow veneered tall mdf thing, fastened on the wall, where you can hang a little bit of stuff.
Overnight is fine.
Long weekend for two? Not for us. We upgraded to a bigger room but still wouldn’t go back, because we’re used to more space. If one person wants to get ready, go to the bathroom, or even move around, the other has to be on the bed.
Well located, cheap, modern, clean ( not much to clean), rabbit hutch.

Stayed in the one in West Brompton for a couple of nights in November for work, was fine just for me but would have been a squeeze if I had the Mrs with me.

That’s the one I walked past on Tuesday it looked ok ?
It was, didn’t have any complaints, my vegan colleague complained their breakfast had less choice than a normal one and moaned they didn’t have any Facon only the vegan sausages 🤣. He always moans about something though. I still had a good feed.

Stayed in several in london, the Kings Cross hub one cant be beaten for convenience at that price, but you can often save by getting one a little further out. e.g looking at a friday, saturday, sunday stay in octover for Rumfest, kings cross is about £300, there's ones still right near major tube stations that are £220 so worth shopping about unless you really want to be there.

The rooms, as said, are small, but they have a smart TV, decent enough bathroom, air con etc. As we dont spend much time in the rooms we usually book a standard one, and a few times we've been given the bigger rooms anyway, but they arent that much more expensive if you think it will be tight - the major difference is the compact room has a wall against one side of the bed so you have to climb over the other occupant if you need the loo in the night etc. Not the end of the world.

I was in the ibis a few doors down. Did the job for what we needed.

Practically lived out of the one in KX for work a few years back. They're good but I'd echo the room upgrade point. Bit pokey otherwise.

Farringdon one is pretty smart and very handy for the bars and restaurants on Exmouth market.
Yeah I stayed in Farringdon one in Sept. Was spot on, slight bit of a walk from the station but good local spot.

Whenn you say you upgraded was that called the accessible room?
Yes. This is what I had in Farringdon. Room was spot on. It didn't cost any more.

I stayed at one in Westminster a year or so ago and the room was tiny. Prob only good for one person plus it was underground with no windows
