Premier league footballer arrested

I saw some tweets on Saturday night about this and the player was named, I thought it was just stupid rumours, as there were some daft rumours about a player from the same club not that long ago.

Yeah I have seen the player mentioned. Don’t want to say on here incase it’s against the rules of the board
 
You only need to look at Twitter to see who it allegedly is, there’s a few verified people on Twitter linked to the club who seem to be hinting it’s going to be a bad week

Ah really! ****, really liked him as a player aswell and would never of said this it’s mental. If guilty it makes you feel sick man.
 
I'm not sure how they keep aminimity. I mean an 'average Joe' gets arrested and its everywhere. They have a ruined life if it turns out to be nothing.

I guess a decent lawyer and banning order helps.

I'm guessing a Manchester club?

The name is trending now alongside another ex-footballer 😬

I must say when I first saw it on Saturday I assumed it was just another stupid rumour because of what happened with James Rodriguez earlier this year.
