I've just had an email from MFC ....

"SeAH Wind has started a major recruitment drive to fill hundreds of new highly skilled positions at its huge monopile manufacturing facility on Teesworks. " .... spooky

Didn't have my glasses on when I first read this and was sure it stated"... ..at it's huge MONORAIL manufacturing facility......."

Based on the findings from PE and YP I would have thought they knew exactly what they were doing.

Sole motive, to rinse as much money from the site as possible, under the guise of "redevelopment..... creating 2m jobs". Think they hoped the end product would cover up the dodgy financial shenanigans they have been involved in from day one.
 
you've got to believe that given the evidence that all parties knew what they were doing. i think we are beyond the realm of incompetence. although incompetent, as houchen appears, he must have known how this was going go in terms of the cash flow and who would benefit.

Taken from Tees Valley Combined Authority Website in Houchen's bio

"He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and practised corporate law, commercial law and commercial litigation for six years before running his own business."

Forgotten all he learnt/knew in his previous occupation has he ?

Or it’s false confidence and arrogance thinking he could outsmart the law and the public.
 
Very much so and he’s seen blaggers and liars cheat their way to the very top in recent years. It’s hardly surprising if he thought he could get away with it in plain site by shouting about jobs and investment.
