They looked very silly when they turned their backs on the national anthem while 95 % of the stadium sang it after Charles coronation.

As high as 95% some stayed seated, some stood silent.

I wonder how many would have actively asked to sing god save the king before the footy? They probably reflected the mood of the majority of fans if truth be told.

Not silly at all in that respect.

Embarrassing for who? If someone doesn’t want to be told to participate in singing god save the king at a football game.. then surely that’s fair enough.

I certainly didn’t want to and there were many others in the crowd the same as me.

Embarrassing how desperate some folks are to be told what to do do.. who to hold in high regard.. who to give thanks to and unwavering support.

Jimmy Savilles best mate who wanted to be a tampon?

They clearly didn’t want to be associated with supporting the king.

Each to their own.. it would just be like me complaining to you for standing up and singing along.. just because I didn’t want to do the same.

If it was an organised group response it is a bit different though.
Did they all turn their backs?
Surely not every member of RF is anti monarchy. Or maybe they are and it's a condition of membership.

I would say your protest showed dignity in the way you chose to protest and respect for those around you who wanted to sing God Save the King.

I hate this country and very much what the people who run it stand for.

I used to be proud and now hold my head in shame. I used to look down my nose at other bent disgusting coutntries but we are now the worst.

What that has to do with red faction i don't know. I think they do a great job.
