If he'd been stood shielding the ball by the corner flag, nobody would have batted an eyelid, and that's more blatant time-wasting.

No did nothing wrong but I think it’s a case of scorn on a player whose face you wouldn’t tire of punching. Didn’t like the theatrics a couple of minutes before that when he went down clutching his stomach as if he had been hit with a body punch. Some 14 mins he had on the pitch. Id bet money he will get a red card before the WC break.
