It's Strand Larsen, not Larrson, and there is not a cat in hell's chance of him coming on loan.
Groningen are digging their heels in about selling, they'd not even contemplate loaning him out.

FM database from last year (I know, I know) has them fairly evenly matched actually with Strand Larsen slightly ahead in terms of ability. They are different types of players however.
Riis fits the Wilder mould well, busy off the ball, decent pace and good finisher whereas Strand Larsen almost fits into the traditional target man role - strong and good in the air.
I'm not 100% convinced it's one or the other. I think we'll chuck the proverbial kitchen sink at Strand Larsen but not neccessarily rely on Riis if we can't get that deal.
I can't see us signing both.

I would love to get an alternative to both at a fraction of the price quoted , and get Larsen on a free when his contract is up .
