I do feel like I need to try an Aussie meat pie, same with a Kiwi one, just because they all rave about them all the time.

They just sound the same as our pies to me from looking at them and reading the descriptions, but I'm guessing there's a noticeable difference.

All the Scots I know rave about scotch pies. They are rubbish tho. I'd imagine Aussie pies are the same. I don't trust the cockney pies they have down here either.

I'm very surprised they didn't recognise Vegemite as being similar to Marmite, even if they didn't like it. Is Marmite not as widely known as I thought?

Or is it a generation thing? Like how Silvera said his mum liked Vegemite, but he doesn't.

He was just as I expected he'd be, loads of young lads are like that. Just a different character and a bit defensive/moody at times. Clarke comes across like a really sound bloke.
