If this were America there would be lawsuits flying about all over, directed at the government, for corporate negligence.

Think I also saw the head teachers union, telling heads not to take any action against teachers who don’t attend due to feeling unsafe.
Yep email has gone to all headteachers today. I've said previously they'll be a u-turn coming in the next 24/48 hours.

My sentiments exactly. I think she will be at our house whilst he does his videos for the lessons he is missing. We did this successfully in November.
This is certainly the time to stand up and say enough is enough, like you say, sad that the people have to make the decision.
It's coming; Bolton local authority have stopped secondary schools starting any testing and are meeting Mon afternoon to discuss. By then the u-turn will have happened as it's utter chaos as usual with this lot.
