Rotherham have games in hand - but dont seem to be able to string two good results together. Barnsley to beat Owls at the weekend. Seal it.

It's just from Rotherham. Article from the BBC says:

"Rotherham United have recorded 25 positive Covid-19 cases in the latest week of testing.

The English Football League said 25 positive tests had been found among 5,533 players and staff from 72 clubs, with 71 returning no positive results."
 
Wednesday are down, I think.

Even if they win their game in hand they're 6 points from safety with 9 to play.
I think the fixture build up will be too much for Rotherham too, so there could be 3 South Yorkshire clubs getting relegated this season.

If that's true then it's shocking, something seriously wrong at Rotherham.

I had gone on holiday when they relegated us. Whilst sat having a romantic meal with the future wife, she leans over lovingly and asks what do you think? I can't believe it I reply. What, you think it is that good! No yeah daft get, the Boro getting relegated.

That wouldn't explain it given there are stringent protocols that clubs should be following and footballers in the Championship aren't going to be living in densely packed squalor.

They've missed half a dozen matches because of repeated Covid outbreaks, it's not bad luck, they're clearly not doing their jobs properly.

They did relegate Lennie's team on the last day in 93, but it was Bruce's Babes in 89 who weren't in the bottom 3 until Sheff Wed beat us on the last day.
