To anyone with Shell Energy Broadband and phone service ( most of us used to be Postoffice customers) who have been aware it was transitioning to Octopus Energy over last 3 months, well Octopus having put loads of comms up about it over last 3 months about don't have to do anything , welcome to the Octopi family , blah , blah etc , well the deal is barely a day old and they already decided they don't want us anymore . We'll be off to Talktalk then . We are the vagabonds of the UK online service world. :(

probably for the best really, they're an energy supplier and a good one at that, shouldn't be trying to become virgin and getting involved in comms

You're already with TalkTalk for the backend anyway, shell was just the details supplier so all this does is means talktalk cut out the middle man
 
That's fine but I was bigged up about being a new tentacle in the Octopi family :) TalkTalk seem to have UK news wide drama every 3 months about their competency to run a comms business. It is what it is . I'll get over it

Can you not get youfibre if in Stockton or citifibre or You or whatever the other boro one is called?
