Should we make a complaint to EFL regarding Sunderland chants?

As usual many of their moron supporters showed themselves up with their usual sick chanting. I found it pretty depressing walking through the east stand car park after the game and noticing a lad who must have been no older than 10 shouting "paedo" at us.

Is it time we made an official complaint to the EFL?

Club's can now face disciplinary action if fans sing "rent boys" at Chelsea fans. Why should they constantly get away with calling us paedos and all those other derogatory chants.

Agreed. It’s a disgusting chant. There are likely victims of child sexual abuse in our crowd and theirs too, is it funny to chant this at them? I don’t think it’s funny to chant about horrific crimes full stop, frankly why you would want to is beyond my comprehension.

I know most football teams have an element of fans who can be distasteful, but I don’t think it should be tolerated. Their allocation should be reduced significantly next time, and kept being reduced until the vile chants stop.

When I was at the game last year I could see full families, including kids who were no more than young teenagers, joining in the chants.

Utterly disgusting and yes it should be categorised with all other hate chanting.

Yet there was a Boro 'family' at the back of the North Stand, including a lad who can't have been older than 10, singing about Adam Johnson being one of Sunderland's own and that he fiddles with your kids.

Something needs to be done, loads of them singing at families behind the police cordon after the match.

It was a majority of their fans singing it in the ground.

The club and the police simply don't care, if there was a will it would have been stamped out years ago.

They sing it all the time. I've never heard them getting punished for it. They are the only idiots who keep signing those songs. We had it from plenty of teams 'back in the day'.

The Chelsea 'song' etc have been outlawed. So not sure how songs about this subject isn't every bit as bad. Do the police care? You sing certain songs and you'd be kicked out in a flash. This has to be in that threshold.

They've gotten away with it for too long now, and I don't buy into it being a minority. Could hear them singing "shag your children" loud and clearly after they scored.
Could here it on the TV when the teams came out the tunnel at the start of the game as well.
