Good point that. Always a bit odd in a world cup year. Especially with 2 "new" managersI don't think it is about winning the 6 Nations this year, it is more about ironing out the creases for the World Cup in France. The French must be the favourites for that on home soil.
Borthwick to start with a win today.
I've just started to watch and are behind you, no spoilers. This one's likely to be a slugfest! Wales and Ireland will be last man standing
It certainly was, Wales cut out a lot of the penalties from the first half but there seems to be something missing with them. Ireland could have gone up a gear or two, I don't think Wales could have.Interesting game that. Ireland took the foot off the gas big time. But they earned the chance too. Much better side than Wales
The last time I went to Twickenham, we drank in Richmond and got a special service bus to Twickenham that dropped us off outside the ground and then took us back to Richmond afterward.Got tickets for the Italy game next weekend. Not been before so looking forward to it.
I'm going to that one too! First 6 nations match I've been to since France England in the last few days before COVID. Always a great day out at TwickersGot tickets for the Italy game next weekend. Not been before so looking forward to it.
Interesting contrast between the Wales Ireland game. First three tries solid team tries in Wales, bits of individual brilliance in England! That is some try by Van der Merwe
6'4'' approaching 17 stone, not bad for a winger. That is some try by Van der Merwe
Ali didn't weigh that much when he first won the heavyweight title (15, 2).6'4'' approaching 17 stone, not bad for a winger.
Did you try to get any tickets for the world cup?Interesting contrast between the Wales Ireland game. First three tries solid team tries in Wales, bits of individual brilliance in England!
I did. Had an absolute mare. There was laods of us trying and we got nowhere.Did you try to get any tickets for the world cup?
I didn't bother as it would have meant staying out by myself. Then my uncle asked if I fancied it and we struggled to get tickets. E'Leclerc usually has sporting packages and I will see what they offer when I go back over.
Edit: Not bothered about watching England, just want to attend a WC game at a decent price.
