Solicitor Recommendation

South Africa is a signatory to REMO - reciprocal enforcement of maintenance orders. A SA law firm ought to be able to help. If you can find an international family law firm or an English firm with an alliance there you should get it sorted. Typically those firms would be bigger ones - it won't be cheap.

Don't know about Zimbabwe.
Thanks mate!
Yes, as I said, it's a tricky one. She has had a couple of local ones in the past (yep, this has been going on for years) and they seem to be stumped once things need to be done abroad.
The Decree Absolute was put in place in 2015 and it's still not resolved.

You would think that the pension fund provider would be able to resolve the issue but they don't seem too interested either (You would be surprised who the organisation is - unfortunately I can't say who).

Anyway - Thanks for the tips. I think she is going to have to look further afield and appoint an International firm.

Six years? Oh God.

Try these people, they have a very good reputation. I suspect you need "an enforcer" and they'll know somebody with a big bat who can do it
