I'd rather he hadn't done it on principle of idiots shouldn't be rewarded for being idiots but he's what? 22 and faced with a pitch invader with no time to ponder his options.

His priority if anything should be to make sure it doesn't escalate and get them off the pitch asap. If he'd refused and they'd persisted or kicked off then it might have caused even more disruption. Don't think he's done much, if anything wrong there.

You'd have thought that after the previous incident with Rooney that the club would have some sort of policy in place specifically for the players in this sort of circumstance.

But, even if there is I don't blame Tav for just going along with it. He didn't have much in the way of options.

Tav definitely should have been subbed off immediately. Then brutally torn apart and shamed by Wilder and his teammates in the press. He should be banned from football for the rest of his life. Such a dangerous thing to do. Standing still like that! I'm looking forward to seeing how long he goes to jail for as well!
