Not got a clue, but going to be really interesting to see how we start. Sounds like we won’t be playing players out of position unless we really have to, and therefore we will get the best out of Tav, Jones, Hernandez.

The keeper situation is an interesting one too. I guess it’s who impressed most in the last 10 days.

Anyway, I fancy us to win 2-0 today. Come on Boro!
 
I would just like us to pick a formation and team (injuries permitting) that allows us to impose our tactics on the opposition. I can’t stand this swapping formations just to ‘match up’ with who we’re playing. It’s one thing to tweak things if it’s not working out but not 60 seconds into a game.

100% agree, it isn't like we're playing Man City or Liverpool away every week. We should concentrate on ourselves.

I'm interested to see any changes in throw ins and set pieces too.
 
I may have been seeing things but I'm sure the training video showed Hall Bola, Dijksteel and Browne on there 👍
 
It’s anyone’s guess, but here’s mine..
- Stojanovic could easily get the nod and I’d be pleased if he does
- the wide centre backs below are the best suited for the overlap we keep hearing about.
- Dijk could replace Tav if fit enough.
- Colburn could be in rather than Uche

Not hundred per cent my self mate just hunches. If Sporar is available he gets in ahead of Watmore for me. Interesting to see what happens! Tav may be the deep man today, let’s see!
 
I'm hoping Payero starts today with Crooks in mf but I've not seen him on any training pics since Wilder has been here. Wonder if he's been home during the international break.

I seem to be the jinx when we play Millwall. I've never seen Boro beat them in over 50 years of supporting them (Boro not Millwall)

I was stood on the platform at South Bermondsey when they were beating us 2-0 after about 80 mins and missed both Boro goals about 3 years ago……😟
 
as long as he plays Tav down the middle and fullbacks at full-back I'm happy. Why does Boro end up with so many square peg round hole managers?
 
It's not a criticism of anybody but I didn't understand why quite a few thought Stojanovic would be playing. I assumed there was some hints coming out of the club. As I say it's not a criticism - and I know it's a clean slate - but while it's still veryearly days I don't think Daniels has done much wrong so far

Guesswork I think. People overrate him because he hasn't played for ages too. An average keeper but then so are Lumley and Daniels, we haven't remotely replaced Randolph since he left.
