The building's height is 185 meters and has 49 floors.
Estimated price 3 billion baht.
But it was never completed. and there was no one to stay.
There are only 1-2 guards whose job is to chase away people who come to act as pranksters.

Being a pedantic Yorkshireman, for that to be true there'd have to be people on the planet today who have never lived.

I know you mean that there are more people on the planet today than have lived and died before us, but that's a myth isn't it? The current world population is less than 10% of the number or people who've lived and died.
 
When Piff Diddleypops (I believe his actual stage name) fell off his bike during 'I'll be Missing You' it wasn't scripted; he'd just got too close to the tracking vehicle.

They decided to keep it in and add the extra bits afterwards.
