The Athletic - Nine Championship games in 29 Days - Boro and Warnock

It’s puts into context some of our off days when you see how taxing the schedule has been 9 games in less than a month.

I know it's only £1 a month. But what's so good about it? Interested to see why it's worth subscribing to (y)
Its just very good football (and a few other sports) journalism, way better than Sky Sports or any of the broadsheets or tabloids. For 3p a day it is worth it, even if you read one article a week.

Left_peg - £1 may have been a Black Friday deal, but they regularly have very cheap offers.

It’s a fascinating insight into Warnock management of Boro during this unprecedented season.

Well worth a read.

Really good article, shows the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes. I've been impressed with the Championship coverage in The Athletic, I got the Black Friday deal thanks to a post on here, but it might even be worth full price.

Loads of good written content on The Athletic, especially considering you can get it for £1 a month if you time it right.

A decent selection of podcasts too, with Football Cliches a particular highlight of mine over the last year or so

So far a few weeks in and you're right. The journalism and some of the breaking news is far quicker and better than all the other tabloids.

£1 per week for 6 months, then £7.99 thereafter. Probably cancel and sign up again (if possible). Definitely worth £1 pm!
