The end?

I remember seeing the USSR parades back in the 70s and 80s. Makes this lot look like a Women’s Institute coffee morning.
Maybe Vlad and his mates could raise extra funds for next years parade by posing for a calendar. He has previous for posing with his shirt off…

Perhaps he could make more with a sponsored suicide.

Our man and Tank Girl have been in important meetings all week (in Brussels). Not much I can say about it other than the former hairdresser is now feted at the highest level as an innovator.

News in brief.... and I'll try to get a more comprehensive catch up together later ....

3 Ru jets downed in the last 3 days. More refineries and fuel depots gone.
Western stuff starting to make an impact on the front lines now as well as the new Ukrainian drones being used in new ways.
As a result Ukraine has made gains right along the front line.
Some of the stuff the commander at Chasiv Yar has got up to is quite mind boggling. He's a bit out there. He is using that long narrow bit of Russian incursion that you can see on the maps as a means to draw in and take prisoner the Russian soldiers ... he is doing this in the cheekiest way imaginable. I will tell later if someone reminds me ... but he is basically commanding Russian forces in the area himself ... infiltrating their comms.
More clearing out on the left bank of the Dnipro being done.... all the way along now. Again, innovation being used to minimise civilians casualties and Ukrainian losses (ie. nil) while taking out all Russians in the area.
More weirdness in the Kremlin. Shoigu sidestepped/ignored at inauguration.
A fit and tanned Surovikin flying back into Russia.

And our intrepid duo are just as eagerly awaiting Budanov's bridge felling as we are. Patience.

I'll add more later if I can.
Pretty much all good news apart from Surovikin.

I thought Surovikin would be taking over from Shoigu in charge of the army one way or another.

Not good news if that means he is in favour with Putin. I was hoping that it would be part of a scheme to oust Putin, change regime and withdraw from Ukraine.

Also 'former hairdresser'???
