Really enjoyed the game today. 11 lads who played for the shirt on their back in an impressive performance for me. Their goal was a bit of a shocker - lad was totally unmarked but Howson got a hold of them after the goal and they showed a lot of spine. Been a while since the entire team has impressed me like that - early days I know but much to like. Whilst the front 3 will take the plaudits all 11 impressed me including the much maligned DJed Spence who I thought had a really good game. Have that warm post match Saturday night feeling - long may it continue.

Well deserved win, probably should have had one more.

BC were fairly standard championship opponents who will finish in the 8th-14th area of the table.

Great atmosphere, good performances from Crooks, Jones, Uche, and Dijksteel. Wouldn't say anyone had a bad game.

Great to have football back.
 
In the press conference, Warnock said one of the prospective signings texted him to say he hopes Boro win. Sounded like a foreign player from the accent Warnock used to paraphrase the message. Also said Bausor was away on business, too.
