what the hell was that last minute about, fannying about sideways when there’s seconds left in the half. Where is the leadership, we look like a pack of talented school kids that are all thick as mince and have never seen there teammates play before .
 
There was another thread recently asking the question whether we could possibly hope to get Akpom back on loan for the second half of the season. Some were saying no thanks move on. For me, it made a massive difference last year having a player who's a reliable goal threat.

I have said this a few times Stu we have scored more goals so far this season than last. 4 more this season after 14 games.
 
We’ve dominated but not got enough shots at goal, they’ve had one worldie and done absolutely nothing else.

It’s a test of character second half, they’ve got something to hang on to and will sit deep.

I’m not worried about them on the break based on that first half. But we need to get better quality balls in the box, we need better movement from the four up top. Personally, I’d get crooks on at 10, move Rogers left winger and Silvera off. It’s like playing with 10 men at times, his daft yellow is a good excuse to sub him
 
Anyway, I thought that wasn't too bad. We will have to be patient. That particular lineup probably hasn't played together this season. I fully expect us to go on and win.

Does anyone know if we go straight to penalities if its a draw after 90 minutes?

So are the short ones though. We really have very little threat from corners.

Their goal quickly taken throw in one pass ad superb finish.

They will definitely be fancying their chances after that showing and so will Plymouth.

Hackney can do better on the cross and Barlaser allows the goal scorer to run off him. He hits early enough not to give the keeper a chance.

Edit: The producer on my feed must be a Sunderland fan, they've shown at least six times.

Straight to pens if we draw
 
It's a classic grab a goal, sit back and defend deep performance from them. They look comfortable. We need to up the tempo and I'd put Crooks on move Rodgers across, Silvera off. I'd also be tempted to hook Lath for Coburn if there's no change after 10 minutes as Lath has no chance to run behind, and Gilbert might be worth a try getting in those pockets around the box.

Too many poor decisions in the final third means constant loss of momentum. We can't build pressure. 2/10 so far

He’s also had our best shot on goal and at least kept their ‘keeper honest.
