I still think Azaz is adjusting to our style of play. I think he’s got some good qualities but also will need the right players around him to fully shine. His numbers at Plymouth Aug-Dec were very good (7 goals / 5 assists in 21 appearances).

Those are very good. A full pre season and more development, hopefully with some quality additions around him and I think we’ll see a much improved version. It’s still very early days and he wasn’t signed as a finished article - like many of our signings.

I’m disappointed, but not unhappy with tonight. I thought we did well, that they were good. It was a stupid second goal, but on balance at any other time in the season it’s a good point.
If we miss out, it wasn’t tonight that cost us. It was a season full of injuries.
 
Fair result on balance of play. We are on a great run - 5 wins 3 draws in the last 8 games.
We have the makings of a solid side. If Carrick is allowed to spend a little bit from the summer sales we will be a good bet for promotion.
We must keep Howson - get a contract agreed now.
We must keep RVB - persuade him to do another season learning his trade before his big move.
I think Latte Lath will be a revelation next season - can see him getting 25 plus goals.
Would give Ayling a contract as competition for Smith
Would do a good deal to keep O’Brien.
Lenihan back will be a bonus with RVB and Clarke giving us a strong back 3 option
Thank you and goodbye to Greenwood and Thomas.
Like to keep Dieng but he may have to be sacrificed if his head is turned - can see him doing a Randolph and sitting on a Premier League bench for big wages.
If we can get anything like £25m for Hackney, Jones and Fry sacrifice them and take the money for a quality wide player, a forward and ball playing midfielder (loan if we have to).
Sort the squad out at the start of the transfer window and Carrick will keep the end of season positive vibe going and get us up next year. UTB
 
On holiday so missed everything last night but just watched the highlights and the boro following; Wow!
Super proud of our small town!!!!

8 unbeaten, brilliant and clearly dieng saved the day with his one on one save at 2-2 🙏🏻🙏🏻 made up for his clanger but seemed a fair draw by the looks of the brief highlights ?

Yeah probably fair result but they edged it in chances but of course you have to score them.

It’s nice to keep the unbeaten run going and show there is some character in the team. The likes of Ayling, Howson and Clarke are huge for us.

The pass was an error from the keeper it was never on and he was looking straight at it.

This is the way we play under Carrick but am sure he wouldn't of told seny to make that pass either, it's a mistake it happens if it wasn't that it could of been something else.

Seny also made some outstanding saves so evens itself out.

Good point we move on Hull will be weaker without there loans next year too, unless of course they squeeze in there in place of the Boro

Yeah curvy, I like that...all the bumps where they should be (apart from 1 🤣🤣)

Doing well.....couple of little side effects from the chemo but enough drugs to cover most of them. Tiredness is an issue, just feel it more....but with the hubby going to Blackpool for the weekend tomorrow, golf starting today, footie and national at weekend and all takeaways on speed dial I have a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend looming 😁😁😉
