replayed it a few times on ifolllow and no pen no contact at all. Jones didn't touch the ball or the man.
I think he saw the slide and then tried to throw himself over it. Still you can't slide like that in the box, you are asking for someone to cheat. That looked like a penalty.
You're right I think. Its good to watch too. Nobby will be along in a bit to tell us warnock would be 3 up at half time in this game.I think he saw the slide and then tried to throw himself over it. Still you can't slide like that in the box, you are asking for someone to cheat.
I only saw the last 15 mins as I was coaching my U16s, but there was some really good controlled possession football. You can see which payers it suits and which ones need to work at it, and it isn't always the ones you think. Anyway that passing move that ended in a Peltier cross, switching the ball, pulling defenders out of position, playing patiently, would never have had that with the last manager. He'd have screamed to launch it into the box. With a slightly better fit of player, that kind of football will pay dividends at this level.
Duncan unlucky with his shot but noticed sporar was right there if it was knocked back outYeh nice to see us in that final third playing triangles and being patient. Although Sporar has been somewhat quietish he is so intelligent with his passing and movement. Hope he can bag one in the second half
Looking good nice link up play just need that second goal
I thought something similar, just seen the half time stats.. They tell a very different story. 11 shots to 1 84 passes in the final third to 58. 6 corners to 0 I think.Other than Crooks, I thought we looked a bit leggy until we scored. Last five minutes you could see the confidence spread throughout the team.
Enjoying the pass and move football and noticed how we seem to get the ball back in play as quickly as possible from throw in's and freekicks (except those around their box)
There is tablets for that you know, don't suffer in silence.
