It's a dilemma for us in the west. And of course you choose your family first. Is your extended family the whole country? The third world doesn't have to answer that question. When we are all vaccinated the west must put resources into speedily doing the same for those places who cannot do it for themselves. It will be in our interest to do that or many more variants may occurI agree to a degree - but if you had the choice of you and your family being vaccinated or another family - hand on heart what would you do?

I feel a little two faced talking about this having turned 70 in December so will probably have my jab in the next 15 days
